This past October 25, I gave a presentation at the Infopresse UX conference. I outlined some emerging trends in ergonomy, user experience design and interaction design. Although there were dozens to choose from, I put forth the six trends that I find to be most interesting:
- Polite design
- Design for women
- Responsive design
- E-commerce website design
- Emotionally-intelligent design
- Wow! Factor
