“Okay, I’ll bring it to the bar next week”. These situations are done with, thanks to Facebook, which now enables friends to exchange money directly on the platform. Simply add your Visa or MasterCard information to your personal profile and you can transfer money to friends (free!).

The hipster movement seems to be done and over. Read how brands such as American Apparel and Urban Outfitters, which largely coasted on the trend, are dealing with the post-hipster era.

Putting women “on the map”
After noticing that of the 24 buildings on her college campus named after people, only three were named after a woman, a student (working with Spark, a movement by and for girls 13-22) created Field Trip. This app makes your phone buzz when you’re near a landmark where women made history.

The Nature of Software Development: Keep It Simple, Make It Valuable, Build It Piece by Piece, by Ron Jeffries, one of the founding authors of the Agile Manifesto drafted by 17 experts some 15 years ago. This work brings agile back to its source; that is, back to simplicity.
