ANNOUNCING A GREAT INNOVATION IN WEATHER REPORTING. That is, the U.S. National Weather Service (equivalent of Environment Canada) has decided to stop publishing forecasts and weather warnings in all caps. Why? As noted by journalist, developer and designer Lena Groeger, people associate all-caps text with YELLING.
