Starting with this seemingly paradoxical assertion, he tells readers not only how to deal with challenges and unexpected events, but also how to benefit from them. Like the human body, which becomes stronger when made to work, and popular movements, which grow when repressed, the author explains how to capitalize on chaos and why it is necessary if we are to become better people.
