We are looking for an accounting technician for a year contract for a maternity leave replacement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post billing
- Post external charges and reconcile them with billing
- Prepare expense accounts
- Track outstanding accounts receivable
- Perform the analysis of the work in progress and the income collected in advance
- Perform other related tasks
- Be responsible for all related tasks
Requirements
- Accounting technician program or accounting certificate (AEC, DEP)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Able to manage several dossiers simultaneously
- Respect deadlines and standards
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
- Be detail-oriented
