Office Coordinator

Havas Montreal is looking for a full-time office coordinator to offer an attentive and personalized welcome to our guests and employees, to actively participate in the coordination of communications and the organization of events. The person chosen must be organized, resourceful, dynamic and creative.

Tasks

  • Greet guests and efficiently run the reception desk;
  • Follow-up on calls, emails and requests for information;
  • Support internal operations: booking and preparation of rooms, ordering equipment, cleaning common areas, watering plants, etc.
  • Ensure administrative coordination with suppliers (invoicing, sending, receiving, etc.);
  • Support the office manager in the organization of internal events and external communications (management of our social media, press releases and maintenance of our websites).

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar or customer service role;
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
  • Positive attitude and good sense of humour;
  • Ability to do several tasks at once;
  • Exercise judgment and discretion;
  • Desire to actively participate in the life of an agency.
